I race inshore and offshore being a member of RORC, I have sailed the Farr40 Worlds and Fastnet in 2009, and I've been cruising the Med in 2011 on my own Grand Soleil 44R .

Scuba Diving

I am currently the Diving Officer of Abu Dhabi Sub-Aqua Club BSAC 815.

Bobsleigh Team

I have a physical training objective across 2011 to beat the UK's RAF in a Bobsleigh Race, while raising £30,000 for "Help for Heros and RAFBF" please donate at: Just Giving.
